Memo Policy

1. Custom orders are not available for memo.

2. Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges.

3. All items sent on memo are invoiced. If you decide to keep the item no notification is needed.

4. Memos are for 5 days from the date of invoice.

5. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and condition by our office by the 5^th day to avoid service charges.
